Burtgang giving immunity to all physical damage

As the title suggests, I'm having an issue where Burtgang makes all physical attacks hit for 0 regardless of enemy level. I went into the database and adjusted the negative values for dmgphys_II and any value less than 0 causes this to occur. Suggestions?
