Deprecated Darkstar fourms

I have never played NIN so I have no first hand knowledge of this, but a player posted this on our forums last night:

"it looks like ninja have the katana are at a lower rank than normal.
at level 21 - capped at 54
at level 31 - capped at 84

according to the wiki:

Can anyone confirm?

Ninja did not have A+ katana until a retail update about two months ago.

So the skills will look incorrect (even though they are right for any era before 2 months ago)
