Monomi: Ichi

Monomi: Ichi/Ni seem to be broken after casting the spell the icon don't show and mob will aggro.
The script is there and works. It does use the ninja tool and it sends the message that it added sneak and then you immediately lose it. Duration is set to 3 minutes so issue is not there. as far as applying the status effect sneak it is exactly the same as other spells such as sneak (0,10,duration). In the database it looks to be correct also. This may be a core issue, I notice that the ninja tool removal is not in the script so I assume core is handling this and messing it up somewhere. Any core guys got an idea?
*EDIT: It also takes a long time for the animation to complete almost like it times out and then you lose sneak
