NPC in Northern SandOria don't have a name

NPC outside Justi's Furniture don't have a name, if you talk to her it shows the name "Taulenne". It this a new NPC or did the new update affected the name. I don't see a name in my server so I went to check in Whasf server, it's the same. Ok guys you probably knew this though. Thanks Team.
