Zoning With Carbucle Ruby

I See game freezes on you when entering a zone to collect weather for carbuncle ruby while riding chocobo it freezes you up and will not load animation for collecting element. I just restarted client and came back but dont know if i got element or not zoned out and zoned back in getting off chocobo and nothing happened which means i guess i got the element but just reporting freeze up while riding on chocobo getting element. If already was posted please ignore this
