Deprecated Darkstar fourms

I tried a search on this but could not get info i needed. every time i talk to a NPC in Bastok my chracter changes race, armor just about everything until i zone again. Not sure what is wrong but could use some help. I tried to update game but showed up to date but i hear there was a update since last time i played a year ago but not sure if that is problem. I have latest build as of 2/27/13 @ 3:00am

sometimes you have to force it up update by deleting a random .dat and rerunning file repair

that problem is pretty specific to out of date clients, so try that

A while back, about the time ppl started picking up where pxi left off, someone on another forum simply had a little .bat file that deleted vtable.dat, I think, to force update. But I think about any .dat file will do.
