Wrote a new script to add all maps

I modified the addkeyitem.lua script to create a new gm command @addallmaps. I've been messing around a bit with the source code and database and I keep dropping my tables... Got tired of constantly looking up id's to add maps back to my testing character. It's a simple script but I thought someone might find it useful.
