Quest: I Can Hear a Rainbow - Chocobo fix

This patch fixes the bug which occurs while zoning into cutscenes (on a chocobo) during the quest: 'I Can Hear a Rainbow.' This patch also corrects the 'endless orange color' problem someone was talking about on this board. All cutscenes are triggered as indicated at http://wiki.ffxiclopedia.org/wiki/I_Can_Hear_a_Rainbow - except for Valley of Sorrows, Beaucedine Glacier (S), and Ifrit's Cauldron, as I am unable to determine what the Event IDs are for those zones. The three zones that are not implemented in this patch are not implemented in the current release either.

So I was able to test this and it appears to work but I am hesitant to commit it considering it is utilizing it's own lua in the globals for the quest itself. More or less looking for approval from other dev's but testing looks solid.

I don't have a problem with it. I don't like using LUTs unnecessarily but within the limitations of LUA that might be the best method to get the job done.
