Wrath of the Griffon Quest
Need to complete Gifts of Griffon and Claws of Griffon before starting this quest
Added a few NPCs and mobs.
Added 'Military Scrip' trade for Wyatt (need to have finished Seeing Spots Quest to recieve the gil)
Requires WOTG Mission 3-2 which has not been added yet
Included both .lua and .patch files in the archive
