Crafting Skills?

Looking for a way to edit crafting skill levels but not sure where to start. Thinking of something along the lines of a @setskill (synth_skill) (Level) GM command, but I haven't been able to find the crafting skill level ids or locations? any help would be appreciated.

Edgecom did an @setcraft awhile back.
