Deprecated Darkstar fourms

I guess I will start like this, I want to change the map NPCs to hand out augments to gear/weapon pieces. I am new at even attempting to code... don't know much about it but I think this would be very awesome in the game. I guess I am looking for help or someone to work on a project with me.

example.
Robe NQ, NPC will offer to upgrade it to + and add augments on it. for some type of items lets say 4 insect wings.
trade the robe and insect wings for

Robe +1 with augments Refresh+1 Regen+1 HP&MP+2

is this possible?
