[Fatal Error] Unable to bind chat socket: No such device.

anyway to fix this?

I also notice /tell in the game are not working.

software firewall issue?

I don't know I re-installed the whole SQL, Navcat, DSP files and still have the issue. Reset router, took off all firewalls, still cant send /tell, Linkshell message, or invite to parties. /say works when standing next to the person.

It was Norton; I would change the firewall setting and Norton would change it back.... Thanks whasf for that idea.
