Old Bard songs - Adding for the stats to scale the power

DO NOT IMPLEMENT THESE!
These are from before Kegsay moved bard spells to the core. He never got to carry over ym calculation to the core and as such bard spells are stuck at a static soft cap. these are added in hopes that a core dev will add them in.
