Deprecated Darkstar fourms

Fixes two incredibly minor, but important bugs.

1) Fixes the ??? in Dynamis-Bastok. Previously would not work due to script error.
2) Fixes bcnm_loot.sql so that Navicat can import it. A space is necessary after a double-dash comment.
