CoP 2-3 fix

Fixes:
- Earth lamp now displays correct message
- Adds qm5.lua so that players can exit the passage after receiving the cutscene.
- qm5 does a pos check to make sure players are on the right side of the door, otherwise returns an authentic looking out of range message. If you stand behind the column north of the door and face south, you can target the ???. I was able to trigger it by standing near the hidden door, otherwise I was getting out of range messages.

Fixes a typo so that the lamps display the right messages, keeps players from getting stuck after the cutscene. Does not address non-working lamp doors, such as _0rv.lua @ -62 -24 38.
