Deprecated Darkstar fourms

My first quest
One of the NPCs required for this quest seems to be misplaced in the npc_list database so i've commented in the correct @pos for the NPC in the qm2.lua file or you could import the npc_list.sql file which I have included.

I have no idea how to set weather conditions for the qm2.lua NPC to spawn but if anyone knows how, it will only spawn in rainy conditions.
