More Blue Mage spells to play with

Stayed up till about 4am, making/editing blue magic. I think now we should have pretty much every single physical spell in, though effects are still a work in progress. Dcap may need some work, wasn't sure what to average it to.
Remade all text into .lua, checked spell names, all synced. Code needs a once over, the slow from Smack gave an error so I removed it, and terror touch works but dosent display in chat for some odd reason.
Seems all else is fine. Rin did a great job testing their functions on her test server, thanks Rin.
One thing to note, since DAMAGE types are not really being calculated, I went ahead and named them what the wiki said they were. Seems we are missing DURATION, CHANCE, I think, some of the spells use those ?/?
