i found a bug report (http://bugs.dspt.info/show_bug.cgi?id=344) and fixed (tier III and PW drop rates were wrong).

Gotoh Zha the Redolent, Nosferatu, Experimental Lamia, Nuhn and Pandemonium Warden are fixed. Only Zareehkl the Jubilant is still broken, his trophy is missing from DB if anyone could add that would be nice.

holding out on this until znm's are the intended difficulty
