Going to watch this thread, I'd love to help out with this. Some details on how it works would be helpful though lol

FYI I've got a GTX 670, should be plenty fast enough..

any good link to how one exports navmeshes?

Exporting the navmesh is the easy part...the problem is we can't reliably produce the models to generate them from yet, so hang tight.
