Bomb Toss

Bomb Toss damage is (Monster's Level + 2) * 3, mitigated by resist/shell/etc. TP is also not effecting the damage.

Thus,

needs to be:

info = MobMagicalMove(mob,target,skill,(mob:getLevel()+2)*3,accmod,dmgmod,TP_NO_EFFECT,1);
