Lottery Spawns

This is work that was started quite sometime ago (back on the old forums) by brawndo and I implemented on my server. The few that play on my server love, and since I haven't seen anything come of it (I'm afraid maybe its something that got lost in the move).
This will take a few post cause I'm going to break up the components. The first part is a core patch that adds brawndo lua functions and a lua script to check if a value is in an array. I'll also attach a mob_groups.sql (remove txt extension), all NMs that are scripted need to have spawn type changed to 128.
After that I'll make a new post for the NMs by zone. Each will contain a zip with the scripted NM and their PHers, plus a zone root level MobIDs.lua.
