Bard AF3 - The Circle of Time

Bard AF3 is now completely done, and it was tested and working how it should.
Had to update the mob_spawn_points table so that bugaboo would spawn in the correct location!

I hope you tested this...I worked on this earlier this week and it had some changes needed i was just waiting for ex0r to send me the sql info for the quest, as the patch sql wasn't working.

Shouldn't have needed any changes, as there were three of us that tested this and it worked as it was expected to. No idea why the SQL patch isn't working for you, but i've been trying to get ahold of you to send you the INSERT query for the needed mob.
