would anyone happen to have a link to a simple guide, or some tips for turning the files at https://github.com/Windower/POLUtils into something I can install and use?

I've cloned them, installed wix and visualSVN as noted in one of the installer build readme files, and have been tinkering with installer.wixproj in Visual studio in between visits to google, but alas, I seem to just be going in circles.

they used to have a setup msi in the release package.. I would just complain about it to them, tbh

Appveyor link appears to have been deleted from their website. I have gotten the latest windower github version but I'm receiving errors using the data browser trying to read the text data relating to NPCs from the DATs. Can someone please help update this topic with how to get a working version of POLUtils? Thanks!!

*Errors received when trying to use the Data Browser:
1st: [Spell_Ability_Info] Checking whether or not the file is in supported format... (stays on this scanning screen indefinitely on certain files)
2nd: After closing that window receive There are no viewers available for this file
Certain files will open but the only info in them is related to images...

*I have tried changing the projects to build x86 since the wiki states that certain decoding bits won't work in x64 but still having same problems

Finally figured this out after scouring this forum and reading everything I could from the githubs... It looks like some more recent changes broke the github version. This version is working for me when analyzing DATs...
