MP Adjustments from Feb. 2015 retail patch

Hi all, SE adjusted the MP cost of pretty much every BLM nuke spell so the listed cost on the game is lower than what's being used. It has thrown a few BLM players off while they level and stuff.

I went into the spell_list.sql and adjusted each mp cost to match what is in game now. Problem is, the changes aren't taking hold.

Is there something else I need to adjust for this correction to actually apply to the server?

need to reimport the sql file after making changes and restart the server

Or adjust them directly in the mySQL database through your Navicat/Heidi/etc.

I'm not the host for the server. He did restart the server after getting the sql file I corrected and putting it in. I'll tell him what you said though. Thank you.
