Konzen-Ittai & Chainbound

As anyone tried scripting either the JA Konzen-Ittai or the status effect Chainbound? I was poking through POLUtils to try doing it myself, but I couldn't find chainbound and didn't want to bother with the JA if I can't find it's stupid status effect

i think chainbound will be alot easier than it sounds, but i'm not 100% familiar with the skillchain code

Oh yeah I'm sure, I just couldn't find it when I was digging around, must be in some weird spot/has a weird name
