Kirin Fixes + Some other stuff..

This patch includes fixes for:
  • Kirin will now properly spawn all pets once without crashing.
  • Kirin will no longer spawn a pet immediately upon trading.
  • Fixed OnMobSpawn event to actually be called again as well as fix an error with the Lua call to it.
  • Fixed getExtraVar when 4 returns are being requested.

This patch fixes:
- http://bugs.dspt.info/show_bug.cgi?id=862
- http://bugs.dspt.info/show_bug.cgi?id=821 (Partial fix; corrects onMobSpawn not being called.)
