[SQL]Relic Gun drop for Dynamis-Sandy

So apparently Relic Gun hasn't been in the Dyna-Sandy drop pool ever, which explains why I've NEVER seen it drop.

I asked about it from someone today and was told it never dropped.

Looked in the drop-list and lo and behold, no instance of Relic Gun in the table at all.

Interestingly, Relic Bhuj had two drops in the Dyna-Sandy pool.
