Fix some recastId/level on some job ability

This fix the steal ability from showing on the menu that it still usable even though it's not due to wrong recastId, it was using despoil instead of steal. ;)

Fix the ability pianissimo level/recastId
Fix chain/burst affinity level
Fix Sekkanoki level
