King Arthro fix

King Arthro 5 second spawn fix.
Someone set the third param in SpawnMob between 5 and 10 so it respawned every 5 ~ 10 seconds, third param was not needed as it is a scripted spawn.

Oh whoops, when I saw the other day I assumed it was meant to delay spawning between 5 and 10 seconds once the trigger was given. My bad. x.x
