mob skills and weapon skills

heres my mobskills and weaponskills that you dont have feel free to use what you want hope it helps
some of these are from kiyo too !

Thanks for the commit. I refactored mob skills a while ago and these will need to match that. Some of these abilities are only used by NMs as well. So i'll have to go through all of them manually.

I will look at this later and patch them in.

Thanks I merged your stuff in. For the next contribution I recommend you work on a few monsters, so we can give feedback and work doesn't have to be redone. Somethings I had to leave out, like you uncommented abilities but supplied no file. Some skills were incorrect too.
