We do not offer any method of connecting anything other than PC to our software.

No one on the development team currently has any interest in doing this. Along with this, no one on the development team has a developer console for PS2/PS3/Xbox to even attempt to work on something like this.

*At best* it *might* be possible to allow logging into dsp using a modified router, but you would need a valid POL account to get into the game as writing a launcher that would run on an unmodded console simply isn't possible for us.

I am not at all a console person so I have no idea if modding it will help in the slightest. Ultimately you will need a way to force the client to connect to the DSP server and not POL's servers. Ontop of that given that the console versions also boot through PlayOnline in the console you will either need to find a way to bypass it entirely or use a different loader to launch FFXI with DSP login info etc.

You may have a modded console to work with, but we do not. You would have to be the one to write and test anything that would be used on such a system, and we would be able to provide virtually no support for issues you had while doing so since we lack the experience of building with the available toolsets for those target platforms.
