Requesting advice and suggestions

Hello All,

I've been playing on this server for about a month now and my brother and I have gotten to lvl 37 with approriately leveled subjobs. We're interested in taking a break from lvling up for now and focus on some of the missions. I decided to start the CoP missions because the Promyvions have a lvl 30 cap anyway. We just completed Promyvion-Mea pretty easily and will most likely continue the CoP mission line. My question is, would you suggest any other missions that we could work towards completing that would be suitable for us? We're currently a nin/mnk/brd group of which I play the nin and dual-box the brd.

Another question I have is, which parts of the game are implemented the most? I've been trying to find this kind of information on these forums, but I was only able to find AF Quest lines and Nation missions that are functional. Are all of the Zilart missions implemented? How about CoP missions? I just want to know so that we can plan ahead and work towards parts of the game that are fully functional.

My next question is, are there any players out there that would like to party with us, whether it be lvling up or missions? Like I said, we're currently a group of 3 people, lvl 37-38 and we play around 10ish pm EST on most nights.

My last question is how do I obtain a constant supply of Shihei? The AH is full of stacks of 99, but I've bid over 100,000 gil and was still unable to purchase any of it. My only option I can think of at this point is just lvling up crafting and make it myself. Are there any other alternatives?

I'm just looking for advice and suggestions in general. Insight on recommended exp areas, quests, missions is greatly encouraged and appreciated.
