Deprecated Darkstar fourms

Hello everyone, guess its my first post here... I've played FF11 for just... 8 months a long time ago, and now that i'm seeing private servers running, can someone tell me if we have a server with faster action times and WS spams?

I mean, faster animations/atack speed and TP regen (or even really lower TP usage for weapon skills, about 100 instead of 1000 making the cap 300), making the combat feel fast paced.

If it doesn't exist yet, is it possible to make something like this? (sry bad english)

Look for a 'fun' server, and simply don't abuse things like @godmode if they have that availible to the masses. But poke around the Public Servers list to check settings. Most of the smaller semi-public servers do a lot of things like attack speed boosts, etc.

Any suggestion? T_T (I'm accessing the forums periodically to see if anyone else answers xD)
