Mob Pets Disabled?

Whasf,
Have mob pets been intentionally disabled from respawning? Or was their respawn timer modified?

Im trying to farm ISP off troll pets in bhaf thickets but trolls are not respawning pets after the 1st kill

I didn't know they could be disabled? I haven't changed anything

Well they arent respawning. I gotta figure a different way to farm ISP on BLM now :/
