Is it possible for the autoexec plugin to work with custom servers?

I don't see why not, since that's entirely client side. You'd need to use mXI, rather than FFXI-Boot or Ashita.

Hmm, I don't know.

Using MXI, no matter what I try the xml file fails to tidy :(
