@spawnmob 16806227 0 0 instantly spawns him. This basically sets a spawn timer for the mob. Amazing thanks for this.... I tried with !spawnmob 16806227 0 30 and he spawned in 30 seconds....
Tried with @spawnmob 16806227 0 300 and he spawned in 5 minutes.

Thanks for creating this thread, i couldn't get Tiamat to pop aswell.

However, i've tried Jormungand in Uleguerand Range but it doesnt pop at all, even with :

@spawnmob 16896160 0 0

Any of you managed to make it spawn ?
