Hello, I have these server errors, and not sure how to fix this. Sorry, I am a bit new at this...well, very new...

The SetGroundsTomes errors should be fixed soon. But for now if you don't want to see it then go into darkstar/scripts/globals/server.lua
Set Grounds_Tome == 0. Then it won't try to place them on server start up till the issue is fixed.

since there was a retail update about 2 hours ago, there will be a lot more errors in the future

Sounds like I updated the client just in time. I must have just missed that.
However, the only problem now is, I cannot see the new expansion listed on my client, even though I installed it.

I installed Seekers of Adoulin, but cannot see it. Any idea what is up with that?

You mean at the screen where you select your character or create one?
Those are controlled in darkstar/conf/login_darkstar.conf
Down at the bottom you'll see "expansions"

Set it to 4094 to have them all light up.

Edit: Keep in mind this only makes it light up. This won't actually activate any content with Seekers of Adoulin, none of it is currently scripted to work at the moment.

Okay, thanks. I was hoping to enable it more just to test it out and to see what it is, since I quit FFXI in 2009. I am honestly playing this MMO as a private game, just to relive the fun I had. Think I will need to use GM god mode alot though to be able to complete the party/alliance content. Even starting at level 1, no subjob, camping my own NMs (It is nice though to not have rival campers to deal with), and using cheats as little as possible (For things like my event items). Just reliving the experience, and was hoping to see what FFXI has evolved into over the past 5 years.
