Weakness not lost on death/HomePoint

If you raise up and die again than Homepoint you home point with weakness leading me to believe Weakness effect is not wearing on death

This is a bug with all status effects. Example: you die from poison before it wears off. you spawn with poison on. The fact that weakness carried over is just because you died first to get a negative status that did not wear off on death.

So the bug is any negative status effect will carry on through death.

I've noticed that this bug is not limited to just players either.

If a monster dies with a currently active detrimental effect, they spawn with the same effect.

IE. if a monster dies with poison, they respawn with poison

It's not limited to detrimental effects and deaths either. I can hop on my RDM, use Composure, then run around as RNG/RDM casting triple duration buffs for an hour.
