I am trying to keep track of the spells/abilities that are missing from the project. I guess I will post above level 75 spells and abilities, since some are missing and some are not, but I assume the over 75 will not be implemented soon (Or the GEO/RUN).

Anyways, list is done. I understand that there will be more issues with BLU, COR, PUP, DNC, and SCH (Which is odd, because SCH seems more complete than PUP), and that GEO and RUN are pretty much broken until someone takes an interest or the server is much more complete, and that over 75 is not really an active part of development, but I still wanted to list it in case someone has an interest and decides to implement some things.

I am trying to learn coding, both C++ and LUA, so that I can contribute back, maybe even fill in some of this list, but just wanted to put it up as a reference for someone who was interested.

when I did SCH, i tried to get everything <75 complete as priority, but had to do other stuff before i could do the rest

anyways, this is pretty useful (didn't know about some of these, particularly the lesser used brd songs)

The odd part, like on the abilities, is some jobs have all, even to 99.

For instance, NIN:
77 Futae
95 Issekigan
96 Mikage

All three are there, while jobs like BST (Not going to use PUP as an example, since I know it was very broken until recently), are missing 3 that are currently in the project scope. It seems merits is still one of the problem areas though. Most of those (75)s are merited abilities.

I am not sure where to look for job traits, or I would cover those too.

Hi,
I was the one that coded RDM and NIN to 99 - well, at the time anyways, cause then they both got new spells in the last 2 months. From the various spells and abilities that I've coded, doing the actual coding was the easiest and simplest part - it is some of the up front research and information gathering that takes time, and I haven't had a lot of free time recently. This is something that is fairly non-technical, and if you wanted to start gathering some of the info for these spells & abilities and adding it to this thread, it would make helping implement them much easier when I (or others) have time. Things that are needed are:

1) Research done on known formulas. Usually this involves searching various wikis and forum threads to find out if there is a reasonable behavior that people agree on. Sometimes this is easy and these are readily available, but sometimes this is even the hardest part. For example, none of the astral flows do any damage on darkstar. If I made something up, I could finish the coding in about 10 minutes, but it wouldn't be anywhere near accurate. No one agrees on formulas for these, and no one has done enough testing to be able to make a reasonable one. In this case, doing some testing on retail and gathering info could help as well (like, I used this ability on these mobs X at level X, X amount of time and got these results. You would need a lot of these to make a good formula though)

2) Gather any spell or ability ids from POLUtils (and IDs for scrolls for spells). This can be done by browsing through the POLUtils application for that scroll/spell/ability.

3) Find out the animation ID. This is easiest captured from retail. Sometimes you can get it from AltanaViewer, but that is falling out of date. If you know what it looks like, you can also painfully find it using @InjectAction on a darkstar server

Updated again. A few new ones are now in the luas, so some removed, but not many. Looks like we need to get to adding=P
