Running fast but no walking animations?

So I have a question, what causes the game to make your character run oddly fast but your running normal speed and there Isn't a walking animation?

Something to do with the GM flag.... ?

Gm flag? I'm unsure that I'm flagged that, but I seen it In multiple server's. Certain server clients have a oddly running animation but there is no walking animation. it's like your running like flash but going normal speed if that makes sense.

Probably speed_mod settings. When I used to use it on my server I noticed similar artifacts / effects. Especially when performing certain actions in zones or gear swaps. It'll usually clear up after a reboot ( and sometimes after zoning ).

I've found -in my opinion- it to be a better visual experience to simply mod a gear item to have a speed adjustment. Since I play solo and pick gear for pretty factor I can mod my shoes for instance to have the same effects as ingame gear that do the same ( Like Aketons ). If you're running your own server with other people though you might want to put it on something else, like an ammo or belt slot so you can gearswap as needed / desired.

On my server anyone with gl flag toggled on animates slow put covers ground at normal speed. If that player toggles the flag off, they are 100% normal. Bug reported it on github awhile ago. There was previously a similar bug that had nothing to do with GM flag, and people had reported the reverse (animating fast while moving slow/normal) which seems to be what you are having happen. That was fixed. What revision is that server on?

the problem Is not fixed many methods I have tried: Clean download, clean update, clean ashita, clean pol, I am contemplating on removing the registries that maybe I need a old registry back up to get It to work, but still theorizing that.

any ideas?

if your GM flag is on it's because i haven't fixed it yet (it's not really a high priority...)

I'm not a GM, normal player at the time on 3 different servers and had this same exact problem, I did clean install, and clean updates and it's a problem that.
