The Gobbiebag Part III - 45 Inventory Spaces

I'm not sure what happen, but I can't get part III to trigger on Masamune, Camilla on the other hand had no problem doing this quest. I know both char have enough reputation. I don't know if this is a bug or a server side error. I would appreciate it if you can take a look at it whasf when you get the chance. thanks in advance.

We will have to troubleshoot this while you're online with the character as it stores the quest status in the quest blob. Get me in IRC when you're around!
