For the servers? The wiki listed http://www.knas.se/Applications/Restarter/Download.aspx. It takes a little bit to set up, but works well. Alternatively for people who are looking for it but the site is down, like when I first looked for it, you can also find it here: http://knas-restarter.software.informer.com/download/.

I'm a little confused. Is this guide for setting up THE server or setting up your own server? If the latter, how do I go about setting up and connecting to the Oldschool Darkstar server?

This is for your own server. The thread below this "Client Setup & Guides" has a topic on setting up your client which is used to connect to servers.
