New Characters not receiving Genkai/Gil

So after the June update we've been having problems with new characters not receiving the proper Genkai and starting gil. My server starts the initial cap at 99 so all of that is purely optional and starting gil is 1 mil.

Our settings script is correct and the players script hasn't been touched aside from adding the lines to add an LS pearl automatically. So what's happening here?

PS: We've corrected the genkai in Navicat and can easily give gil. This is just one of those annoying little things.

Yeah, didn't know if it classified as an "Issue" or just something that maybe I screwed up. I'll go submit it lol
