Traits

I was parusing the traits table and noticed that some of the traits have 2 entries and others don't. The easiest example is accuracy bonus for job 11 at level 10. Both entries are for rank 1. Both at level 10. Is there a reason for this? Or is that trait being doubled and the job is getting rank 1 accuracy bonus twice at level 10 by accident?

one is for accuracy, one is for ranged accuracy
