Network External Connections [How?]

Please, I need help... I made the server and everything is ... Super Duper

I told my friends about it and they are so psyched and ready to connect but the problem is there aren't any step by step tutorials about how to make the server open for public specially when you have one static IP and 3-5 local IP's (multiple PC's and devices) and only one for those local IP is the server

forgive me but i'm little noob when it comes to this particular subject!

This link is about the ports you need to open for public access. You need to configure your router so that outside packets reach your game server inside your lan.
That's the reason why there is no more of a guide on the subject. I guess it's outside the scope of the turorial, and different routers have different configuration sets do to that. You definitely need your router manual if it's your first time doing this.
