Some whitgate area npcs

I writen a few scrips to get in and out of Aht Urhgan Whitegate using iron bound gate.
Also for npc Atiza who u pay to get onto Nashmau ferry.
Just be warned all mobs except spiders are true hearing to non gm characters!
