Naji.lua broken

hi all
I have leveled Warrior to 50 and worked on AF quests. Npc Naji does not start the event to give me the Razor axe. I have Yasin's sword from Phara. So I take it Metal works npc Naji.lua is broken.

update: this cleared up and worked right after I killed Shadow Lord. on my way out from the President office. Also, Going to office to talk to Karst after killing Shadow lord did not start event for and did not give me rank 6. But going out of the office triggered the event when I click the door of president office. Then Naji only cleared "The Doorman" after I got Rank 6. I don't know why it's different, I'm following guide from http://wiki.ffxiclopedia.org. Phara gave me Yasin's sword during Emissary mission. Thanks Team. I hope these info here helps clear out the issue.
