Invisible Characters, NPCs, Mobs the whole nine!

for me nothing everything is fine

this is for two friends who wanna join us but can't. their persos are invisible, npc and mobs as well (in the loby too) the only thing they see is the name of them so I'm desperately trying to find the answer but un vain for the moment. So if you could help me to help them ?

Check out this if they have intel graphics chipsets at all, even if they have dedicated graphics cards in addition to intel:

I had the same issue today and I realized I hadn't played FFXI since my last driver update. The above fixed my issues.

Thanks a lot. I already have think about GPU problem but I didn't know it was as simple as this to do. My new members can join us now ^^
