MXI wont go past sending account ID
i have been using FFXI BOOT but i want to start dual boxing so i switched over to mxi.
i downloaded it from the DS test server page, extracted and set in a folder named MXI in my FFXI folder.
after changing the client to my info to this
[SERVER]
SERVIP = 70.226.47.154
AUTOLOGIN = 0
USERNAME = my login
PASSWORD = my password
[CLIENT]
LANGUAGE = 1
## VERSION can be NA,EU or JP. This needs to reflect the POL version you have.
VERSION = NA
## MODE 0 = no windower, 1 = normal windower, 2 = windower light
WINDOWERMODE = 1
X_RES = 800
Y_RES = 600
it laods up and gets stuck in the MXI window on
FFXILOBBYCLIENT::Sending Account-id...
what am i doing wrong >?

it may not be the problem, but at the very least it makes plugins not work

Yeah, mXI gets very upset if it's in the same folder as FFXI. It's weird. Mine is in %ProgramFiles%\PlayOnline\SquareEnix\mXI Windower Version
Test Server: Hanekawa | Fantasy World: Naito

I have tried moving it to other locations, running as admin, and using compatibility mode; all to no avail.

If your main purpose is to get dual-boxing working, you might want to look into using Ashita instead of mXI

What version of mxi are you using? I use
-mXI-0.9.0RC1
-mXI-0.9.1-darkstar version
google: MSVCP110.dll to get a download.

Re: MXI wont go past sending account ID
is ahita setup to be used on anything other than test server ? i went with mxi originally cause i didn't see any input for server IP and i figured it was automatically configured for test server (im on classic server)
... can someone attache there working MXI ... idk why this isnt working
all i did was extract and put my info, server IP, and default resolution in. is there supposed to be another step?
MXI i downloaded was from http://46.38.63.32/downloads.php
so im pretty sure it is correct one lol ... i have got to be doing something wrong
... i turned off my firewall just out of sheer curiosity and it wasn't that(which i figured)
