DSPWeb's new layout

Ok, so over the last few days, i've started working on DSPWeb's new proposed layout, and I want to get everyones opinion on it before I proceed with it further. Let me know what everyone thinks in this forum, please. (NOTE: For anyone who is looking at the source, I am not an html/css designer, and the code behind it is very poor. Once I get the design finalized i'll be having somebody redo it all in css and make it html 4 compliant completely).
